This is the draft constitution which the members of the LOC will be asked to adopt at the AGM on 20th April. It is inline with the Model Constitution as recomended by the AOP, FODO, ABDO and LOCSU with one addition. The addition is paragraph 4.1 and highlighted in Bold type. The amendmnent ensures that there is a minimum of one Contractor and one Performer from each of the PCTs which the LOC covers.
