These services are open to Optometric practices who have GOS contracts with C&ECPCT and applies ONLY to patients who are registered with a GP practice in C&ECPCT. If a patient is registered with a GP in a different PCT area (eg Western Cheshire, Stockport, North Staffs etc) then these services may not be used for that patient. You would need to check with the patient's  PCT what their arrangements are for such services, but it is unlikely that you will be able to provide enhanced services for "out of area" patients as a general rule.
