Optometrists' Formulary - Community Optometry Service

Primary Eyecare (Shropshire & Staffordshire) Ltd ("the Company") has been established to specifically act as the lead for a network of local optical practices ("subcontractors") dedicated to deliver excellent eye care in the local community.
