ECLO Service Information in HMR:

Provide emotional and practical support for anybody affected by sight loss. The ECLO works with individuals and/or their carers to identify appropriate support and refers to agencies in the statutory, voluntary and health sectors. Also works as part of the Greater Manchester Action for Blind People team, a national charity supporting blind and partially sighted people in England.
